This meting is very important as submissions for qualifications are being planned and this is a crucial time in  education.

We will discuss the predicted grades for all qualifications in English, Maths and Creative subjects the young people are entered.

We will discuss the progress and any concerns as well as supportive strategies.

You will need to book an appointment with your young person’s tutor.

You can do so by logging onto Arbor, our school system.

The appointments will be provided on a first come first serve basis, so we urge you to book as soon as possible.

If you have any difficulties with booking please simply respond via reply email with your preferred times and the Teacher

you would like to see and we will confirm this back to you.

The guided time for a meeting with a tutor/ other professional is 15 minutes.

You will also have the opportunity to see the vocational tutors and other professionals involved in your
young’s person learning and support (Head of College, Welfare team, SENCO).

The subject teachers will provide information about the courses your young person is studying, the expected
qualifications and any challenges (behaviour, academic gaps) which could impede the proposed outcomes.

Our Careers Adviser will attend.

If you are unable to attend you will have to make an appointment with the tutor, on a different date.
